1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Bodders.com (“Bodders,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, registering for, purchasing a membership, uploading content, or otherwise using Bodders.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and applicable platform policies.
Bodders is an adults-only membership and content-sharing platform that allows approved creators to publish and monetize digital content.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Age Requirements
Bodders is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 or older who have reached the legal age of adulthood in their jurisdiction.
All users must satisfy applicable age-verification requirements before accessing adult content.
Providing false identification, misrepresenting age, or attempting to circumvent age-verification systems is prohibited.
Bodders reserves the right to request additional verification and suspend accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.
3. Membership Categories
Bodders may offer the following membership levels:
- Basic: Access to designated general activity content.
- Gold: Access to designated Gold membership content.
- Platinum: Access to designated Platinum membership content.
- VIP: Access to designated VIP membership content.
Access is determined by the membership purchased and its advertised benefits.
Membership in one tier does not automatically provide access to other tiers or individual creator subscriptions unless expressly included.
Membership prices, billing periods, and benefits will be displayed before purchase.
4. Member Permissions
Basic, Gold, Platinum, and VIP memberships do not automatically grant publishing privileges.
Unless separately approved as a creator, members may not publish photos, videos, audio, files, or original posts on the Activity Stream, profiles, or other publishing areas.
Members may view authorized content, like or react to posts, leave permitted comments, and use approved sharing features.
Bodders may restrict features based on membership status, verification, or account standing.
5. Approved Creators
Only verified and approved creators may upload and publish adult content.
Creators must complete the required verification and accept the Creator Agreement before publishing.
Approved creators may upload permitted photos, videos, audio, text, and other supported content.
Creator privileges may be suspended or revoked for policy violations.
6. Consent and Performer Verification
All individuals appearing in adult content must be adults who have provided informed and voluntary consent to the creation and distribution of that content.
Creators must obtain and maintain required identity, age, and consent documentation.
Creators must comply with applicable recordkeeping laws, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and implementing regulations where applicable.
Bodders may request verification documentation, restrict publication, or remove content where compliance cannot be established.
7. Prohibited Content
Bodders prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse material and sexual content involving minors.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation.
- Sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, or abuse.
- Sexual content involving animals.
- Illegal sexual services or solicitation.
- Unauthorized recordings and privacy violations.
- Stolen or unlawfully distributed copyrighted content.
- Harassment, threats, fraud, and unlawful activity.
- Material prohibited by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
Bodders may remove content, suspend accounts, and make legally required reports to appropriate authorities.
8. Creator Subscriptions and Earnings
Approved creators may earn revenue through paid subscriptions.
The proposed standard revenue distribution is:
80% to the creator and 20% to Bodders.
The applicable percentage and any processing fees or adjustments must be disclosed to creators before monetization begins.
Creators may be offered different revenue-sharing arrangements only where expressly agreed.
9. Creator Payments and Withdrawals
Creator earnings will be recorded and made available for payout according to the Creator Agreement.
The payout schedule, minimum withdrawal amount, supported payment methods, and applicable fees will be published before monetization begins.
Payments may be subject to identity verification, tax documentation, fraud checks, refunds, chargebacks, and legally required withholding.
Bodders will not impose undisclosed payout fees.
10. Membership Billing and Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing frequency and price disclosed at checkout.
Members authorize recurring charges when they affirmatively enroll.
Members may cancel using the available account or payment-provider controls.
Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal charges. Access may remain available through the paid billing period unless otherwise disclosed.
Refunds and cancellation rights remain subject to applicable law.
11. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refund requests will be handled under the refund policy disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
Where payments are refunded or reversed, related creator earnings may be adjusted under the Creator Agreement.
Fraudulent purchases, payment manipulation, and abuse of payment systems are prohibited.
12. Content Ownership and Licensing
Creators retain ownership of their original content.
By uploading content, creators grant Bodders a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute the content as necessary to provide the services authorized by the creator.
The license is subject to applicable law, privacy settings, removal rights, and the Creator Agreement.
Members receive limited, personal, nontransferable access to purchased content.
Unauthorized copying, downloading, recording, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.
13. Privacy and Security
Bodders will process personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Sensitive information, including identity-verification records, will be subject to appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
Members must protect their account credentials and must not disclose another user’s private information without authorization.
14. Reporting and Content Removal
Users and affected individuals may report prohibited, unlawful, infringing, or nonconsensual content through the Platform’s designated reporting process.
Bodders will review complaints promptly, restrict or remove content where appropriate, and provide appeals where required or supported by policy.
Suspected child sexual abuse material will be handled under applicable reporting and preservation laws.
15. Copyright Complaints
Copyright owners may submit infringement notices through Bodders’s designated copyright contact process.
Bodders may remove allegedly infringing material and address repeat infringement according to applicable law and its copyright policy.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
Bodders may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, or security threats.
Where legally required, users will receive applicable notices, refund rights, or opportunities to appeal.
17. Platform Availability
Bodders may conduct maintenance, introduce features, modify services, or temporarily restrict access for technical and security reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
18. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bodders is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Bodders does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of all user-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
19. Taxes
Creators are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings.
Bodders may collect tax documentation, withhold amounts where legally required, and issue applicable tax forms.
20. Changes to These Terms
Bodders may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or security changes.
Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
The current effective date will be displayed on this page.
